The Program 
We are busy finalizing an exciting itinerary including worship, teaching, and plenty of time for activities like Archery Tag or exploring the lakes.
The full program will be shared with all attendees closer to the date.

Important Packing Information
The venue provides a professional kitchen and pillows, but please note that you are responsible for bringing:
• Bedding: Mandatory fitted sheets (hoeslakens) and pillowcases (kussensloop), plus your own sleeping bag or duvet.
• Towels: Please bring your own bath and hand towels.
• Personal Items: Toiletries, toilet paper, and sun/mosquito protection.

A Few House Rules
To ensure we remain “good neighbors” and take care of the facility:
• Quiet Hours: We must remain quiet outdoors after 23:00.
• Venue Care: The use of confetti, duct tape, or glitter spray is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation.
• Parking: Free parking is available on-site at the rear of the farmhouse; please carpool where possible.

The Food:

Adult Meal Ticket – €35

Full Weekend Catering Pass -Adult

• Saturday Lunch: “Build-a-Burger” station with all the trimmings.
• Saturday Grand Dinner: A premium, venue-catered Italian Buffet featuring a selection of lasagnas, pastas, fresh caprese salad, and ciabatta.
• Breakfasts: Full yogurt and muesli bar with fresh fruit on Saturday and Sunday mornings.
• Refreshments: Unlimited coffee, tea, water, and scheduled “Lekkernye” (snacks/sweets) throughout the weekend.

What’s Excluded:

• Friday Dinner: Please remember to bring a contribution for our communal “Harvest Table” share-and-eat.

• Personal Refreshments: A variety of non-alcoholic drinks will be served throughout the weekend, and guests are welcome to bring additional personal refreshments.

Child Meal Ticket (Ages 9 & Under) – €10

• Saturday Lunch: “Build-a-Burger” station (sized for smaller appetites!)
• Saturday Kids’ Feast: A dedicated dinner of golden chicken nuggets, oven-baked fries, and fresh snack vegetables
• Breakfasts: Saturday and Sunday, yogurt bar with fruit and juice
• Refreshments: Juice, limonade, and plenty of “Lekkernye” (sweets/snacks) during break times.

What’s Excluded:

• The Italian Buffet: This pass is specifically designed for the kids’ menu.
• Friday Dinner: Please bring a small contribution for the family “Harvest Table.”
• Personal Refreshments: A selection of juices and sodas is provided; parents are welcome to bring any specific additional drinks their children may prefer
